  1. You submit a request for a free consultation with designer Tamara Key through the "Launch now" button above.
  2. We call you at a convenient time to discuss the details of your idea.
  3. Within 1-2 days, the designer prepares and sends you a proposal for the idea, including more precise timelines and costs.
  4. If you like everything, you agree on the concept of the idea and make a 50% prepayment of the quoted cost.
  5. From this point, we begin working on your artifact.
  • The initial design concept is set at the moment of the deposit.
    During the design development process, Tamara will provide up to 4 phased presentations, offering various design options, illustrations, approaches, and other details related to the order. Each time, you can send your comments and suggestions to closely align with your idea.
  • In cases of significant or complete changes in the concept at the final stages of design development, the original production timelines and costs will increase. This will be discussed and agreed upon in each specific case.
  • When the final presentation with the ultimate print and design is approved by client and is sent to printing, any modifications can be made on the condition of pausing the printing/sewing process. In this case, additional payment for the stopped printing/sewing and new cost and deadlines for design adjustments will be discussed. This will be negotiated separately in each specific case.

Yes, during the idea discussion stage, you can provide files and a description of your concept. Throughout the design development process, Tamara will adapt them to create the kimono.

A uniquely designed and personalized kimono-artifact cannot be exchanged or returned.

To facilitate the tracking of your item's production process, we will create a chat in a messenger of your choice (WhatsApp/Telegram). In this chat, all agreements, comment exchanges, design option presentations, and so on, will take place. All order status updates will be timely published there.
